Central Counterparty National Clearing Centre (CCP NCC, part of the Moscow Exchange Group) has achieved the ISO 37301:2021 - International Standard Compliance Management Systems[1] certification.

In early 2023, the Moscow Exchange Group decided to certify the entire group of companies to ISO 37301:2021. Auditors of Bureau Veritas Certification Rus JSC assessed not only the efficiency of compliance management according to the standard, but also stressed the uniform compliance methodologies and processes across the Group.

Moscow Exchange and NCC have confirmed compliance with the standard, while NSD and NAMEX passed the certification audit for the first time. Thus, this year, for the first time, ISO 37301:2021 certification at Group level has been achieved.

Irina Grekova, Managing Director for Compliance and Business Ethics at Moscow Exchange, said:

"We would like to thank all Group employees who took part in the audit. Thanks to you, we are able to maintain a high level of efficiency of our compliance management system. Compliance with international standards gives us greater confidence in achieving our goals and mitigating risks, and demonstrates to our management, clients and partners a vector for continuous business development."

Companies seeking growth and long-term success must be steadfastly compliant with regulatory requirements. A compliance framework based on ISO 37301 requirements and guidelines provides companies with a suite of tools (policies, processes and controls) that enable them to create and maintain a culture of compliance.

Moscow Exchange Group operates Russia's main trading platform for equities, bonds, derivative instruments, currencies, money market instruments and commodities. Moscow Exchange (MOEX) provides a full range of trade and post-trade services through its ownership of the central securities depository (National Settlement Depository) and the clearing center (National Clearing Centre), which serves as the central counterparty for MOEX markets.
