For the common shares of Severstal November, 25 2014 is the record date for dividend payments. Due to this National Clearing Center has taken a decision to change the following risk parameters:

For the period from 21.11.2014 till 25.11.2014:

- Minimum level of Initital Margin, Level 1 equals to 27%;

- Minimum level of Initital Margin, Level 2 equals to 31%;

- Minimum level of Initital Margin, Level 3 equals to 36%.

For the period from 21.11.2014 till 27.11.2014:

- Lower REPO Penalty Rate equals to -200% per annum;

- Minimum level of Interest Risk Margin for Level 1, 2, 3 are set as 77%;

- Ratio coefficient (x_IR) between the interest risk assessment range and the REPO rate price band equals to 1,1.
