This is to inform you that due to the anticipated consolidation of common InterRAO shares (ticker IRAO) CJSC NCC is going to take the following measures starting from December, 15 2014:
·to set the ban on short sales;
·to set Lower REPO Penalty Rate (LPenRate) equal to -200%.
