On the 29th of September 2014, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation made a decision  to reconfirm the satisfactory level of the CJSC JSCB National Clearing Centre  quality of governance  as a credit organization performing central counterparty functions. An official letter issued by the regulator  says  that  the assessment of NCC’s governance quality was performed by the Bank of Russia in accordance with the  Instruction dated 03 December 2012 No. 2919-U “On assessment of the quality of governance of a central counterparty credit institution”.

On 18 October 2013 NCC  for the first time was granted a qualifying CCP status by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation that  made a decision  to recognize satisfactory quality of governance at Bank..
